Does Grace Mountain serve my county?
Grace Mountain serves Arapahoe, Douglas, Denver, Jefferson, and Adams counties. If your county isn't listed and your client is near the I-70 corridor, reach out anyway — corridor expansion is coming soon.
Where is Grace Mountain based?
Our office is in Centennial, Colorado (Arapahoe County), in the south Denver metro. We serve clients across the five-county area from this location.
Are services the same in every county?
Yes. Every Host Home placement, Personal Care Alternative arrangement, and Family Caregiver match across all five counties is backed by the same clinical oversight from our Agency Nurse, in-person QA inspections, structured provider training, and a dedicated Care Coordinator.
Do you serve clients outside the Denver metro?
Not yet. Our current service area covers the five Denver-metro counties listed above, with I-70 corridor expansion planned.
