What waiver(s) do you accept?
HCBS-DD only. We do not currently serve SLS or CES waivers.
What complex-need profiles do you take?
Behavioral complexity (aggression, elopement, self-injurious behavior), medical complexity (G-tube, oxygen, seizure disorder, non-ambulatory), forensic histories including sex-offense histories, and dual diagnosis. All evaluated case-by-case.
