Some traits we look for:
- A stable home and household routine.
- Genuine curiosity about the people you’d be supporting — not a pity-driven motivation.
- Willingness to complete our training program and follow ongoing documentation practices.
- Comfort working alongside a Care Coordinator, an Agency Nurse, and a QA specialist as part of your support system.
- The capacity to host up to 3 clients (we cap at 3 per home, by design).
What you don’t need: clinical credentials, prior IDD experience, or a large house. We’ve approved homes ranging from a single-spare-bedroom arrangement to multi-client setups.
